Fax Lore
- """Faxlore"" refers to urban legends circulated in a written form. In bygone days these items were reproduced on photocopiers and passed along via fax machines, and in times predating those, the same items were copied with the use of carbon paper and mimeograph stencils, with the results passed along hand to hand or pinned to a workplace cork board. These days the primary form of transmission is e-mail, hence the growing popularity of the term ""Netlore."""
